The location of your RV’s Unit # (K**-***) varies between models. The most common locations are listed below:
- Driver’s door jamb
- Registration paperwork, vehicle title, or insurance card
- Federal Identification Tag, typically located on the driver’s sidewall near the driver’s seat
- The outside lower corner of the windshield on the driver’s side

Check the letter you received for guidance on what the potential problem is and what Renegade RV plans to do to remedy the problem. Contact an authorized Renegade RV dealership to coordinate an inspection or repair based on the information outlined in the letter. Your Owner’s Manual is typically included in the Owner’s Packet provided at delivery. This packet is often stored in a kitchen drawer, overhead cabinet, bedroom nightstand, wardrobe, or a binder/pouch inside the coach.

The Renegade RV Family provides several ways for RV owners to locate the closest authorized dealer or service center. It is important to use an authorized Renegade RV dealer to ensure repairs and service are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Option 1: Renegade Website
On the top right of Renegade RV’s website, click on the “Find a Dealer” button, or visit the link below. The tool allows you to search for a dealer by city, state, or ZIP code and filter results within a selected mileage range.

If you are unable to locate a repair facility online, Renegade Customer Service can assist you at

There are multiple options available when you need assistance with your RV. Choose the option that makes the most sense based on your situation.
OPTION 1: Contact a dealership
Schedule a service appointment with the dealership that sold you the RV or an authorized Renegade RV dealer. Authorized dealers are trained to diagnose and repair Renegade RV products. Your refund will be processed once your returned part is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method that was used at order placement. Yes, the chassis warranty is provided by the chassis manufacturer (Freightliner, Peterbilt, Ford, Mercedes). Your chassis warranty typically covers:
- Engine

- Axles
- Steering and suspension

Yes, many appliances and their components have separate manufacturer warranties, such as:
- Household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.)
- Furnace
- Water heater
- Air conditioner
- Generator
Any appliance warranty registrations must be completed and submitted to the OEM immediately upon the initial retail sale. Your dealer should assist with this process.

Your routine maintenance schedule is typically located in your Owner’s Manual or Warranty & Maintenance Guide that was provided at delivery. Inside the guide it outlines what service is required and when.
Your RV’s towing capacity depends on chassis limits, hitch rating, and weight ratings. The correct towing capacity is calculated as: GCWR minus Actual Loaded RV Weight.
You must also stay within the hitch’s maximum rating. Please refer to your owner’s manual for correct towing procedures as well as your federal certification tag for weight ratings and capacity.
GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) is the maximum allowable weight of your RV plus the vehicle or trailer you are towing. You must also stay within the hitch’s maximum rating.
